morning we were joined by two inspirational guests.

First
up we had on internationally recognized stress and work-life balance expert Dr Kathleen Hall. Kathleen gave us some great stress reduction tips like the acronym SELF which stands for Serenity, Exercise, Love and Food. She explains the importance of each and how to incorporate it into your life each day during her interview. She is the author of the award winning books "A Life in Balance" and "Alter Your Life." She has also been interviewed on countless shows such as Oprah, Martha Stewart and The Today Show. Today she spends a great deal of her time working as CEO of The Stress Institute, which was established as a center for collection and dissemination of information on the impact of stress on our lives. Next up we had on Christy Andrews, the Executive Director of The Wellness Community - Atlanta. The Wellness Community has been around for over 25 years nationally and 10 in Atlanta.   2. Whether the instructions are printed or not, it never hurts to provide a tutorial for those who haven't done the job yet and are looking for some extra guidance, don't you think?

  5. you're better off using a spray bottle. this stuff works best when it enters the throttle body as slowly as possible. otherwise a nice video though.

  6. Well if Im not mistaken If you put it on the Fuel it will be better b/c it cleans the tubbing also it cleans the injectors + it goes to all the system.. The only place I have used the seafom different than that is when Im about to do an oil change I put it straight to the oil cap and let it run for about 15 min and then flush.. Thats it.. Anyone can give comments on my info that will be great..

  7. People explain seafoam like it is some huge mechanical capability. Arent the instructions on the back of the bottle?

  8. Sorry dude Seafoam doesn't go in the into the body. I goes into the main vacuum line and I hope you didn't pour the whole bottle in there. The motor should be running while you do it.

  9. oh by the by do you realize with the engine at that angle only the back 2 or 3 cyl are getting the seafoam.

  10. what is the purpose of pouring it in the intake do you have a sticking valve or something I have used seafoam for years and never poured it into the intake I just add it to my fuel...hmmm
